Our Policies

SHIPPING AND TARIFFS.

I will ship worldwide, though at this time I am not offering sales to the EU or Northern Ireland.
Values will be declared on parcels, and any customs fees or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tariffs for US customers will be collected by Dice of the Seeker at checkout and submitted on the customers behalf via the shipping courier. Please note if these are not paid by the customer at checkout, the customer may be liable to pay extra fees on delivery, or the parcel may be returned to sender.

All purchases will be sent via Royal Mail, and will be sent tracked. Once posted I do not accept responsibility for the package, but will provide tracking details and proof of postage as needed.

If a parcel is returned to me due to non-payment of fees at the buyers end, it will be up to the buyer to pay again for postage should they still wish to receive it. Otherwise I will refund the value of the product.

RETURNS.

I do not offer returns. I am a single person running Dice of the Seeker, and am not in a position at the moment to offer this due to a customer's change of heart.

If there is a problem with an item, such as damage caused during transit, please get in touch and we will work something out.

DICE QUALITY.

All my dice are handmade, from 3d design, making of masters and moulds to the casting and finishing of each die.

As they are handmade, there is always the possibility of imperfections such as mould marks and micro scratches. These are mostly unnoticeable though and dice descriptions will only state if there are any bigger flaws.

ARE THEY BALANCED?

My dice are cast under pressure, and are balanced enough for casual gaming, and usually more so than most factory or mass produced dice. Any inclusions in my dice are also made of resin, or are light enough that they should not affect the roll in any way.

Probably not ideal for high stakes gambling though!

COMMISSIONS.

I am not taking commissions at this time.

DISCLAIMERS.

1. Dice purchased from Dice of the Seeker are not toys, and should be kept out of the reach of children and pets as they can pose a choking hazard.

2. Items are not to be chewed or ingested.

3. Keep your dice in a dry place away from direct sunlight, as this can affect the quality and finish of the dice over time.

4. Do not submerge dice in water. Should they need cleaning, use a dry or very slightly damp cloth to remove any dirt. Ensure they are dry before being stored.
